What you get
Turn on Client Feedback Mode, create a session for a published page, and copy the client URL.
Each session has a 64-character token. Anyone with the link can read and post comments until you close the session. Treat it like a password.
Clicks land on Elementor widgets first (data-id), then a short unique selector. Existing pins stay put when the visitor scrolls.
Keep the second URL for yourself. It carries a separate admin token so you can mark comments resolved on the same page.
Optional: WordPress emails the session creator when a comment is posted. Nothing is sent to an outside review service.
Design Review is for editors on the Elementor canvas. Client Feedback is for people who should never see wp-admin.
How it works
Share a published page. Drafts still need a WordPress login to view, so they are the wrong target for a client.
Elementor Extras → Client Feedback. Choose the page, add an optional label or expiry, and create the session.
The visitor types a name (remembered in the browser) and clicks the page to pin a comment.
Mark comments done from the admin screen or your resolve link. Close the session when the review is finished.
Use cases
The client stays on the live site. You stay in control of the link.
Send the homepage link. The client pins “too long” on the headline instead of emailing a screenshot.
Collect “move this badge” notes on the real layout, then close the session before the public launch.
Each person types their own name. Comments stay on the same session until you delete it.
