What the Elementor Widget Presets does

These features improve the Elementor editor and WordPress admin — they do not render standalone frontend widgets. Use them to speed up agency workflows and catch misconfiguration before publish.

  • Widget presets — Export the current widget settings as JSON from the Elementor panel, then import the same JSON on another site or template.
  • Widget health hints — Dismissible notices when a widget is missing required data (empty gallery, Maps API key, etc.).
  • Command palette (lite) — Jump to LandTech settings and documentation when WordPress wp-commands is available (WP 6.3+).

Live demo

Editor-only workflow: Preset import/export and health hints appear inside the Elementor panel when you select a LandTech widget. The gallery below is populated for the live demo; in the editor, clearing the gallery on your own site triggers the health hint.

How to implement

  1. Open any Elementor document and select a LandTech Extras widget.
  2. Use Export preset / Import preset in the widget panel footer to move JSON settings between sites.
  3. If a health hint appears, follow the linked guidance (for example add a Google Maps API key under LandTech Extras settings).
  4. In wp-admin, press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K (when supported) and search for LandTech shortcuts.
