Dynamic Wishlist

Adds a Save button on any widget from the Advanced tab and an EE Saved Items widget for the visitor list. Logged-in users store items in user meta; guests use the browser only. Off by default.

Where Elementor Advanced tab → Wishlist on any widget. Frontend: EE Saved Items. Admin: Elementor Extras → Saved Items.

How to use it

1. Turn on "Platform: Dynamic Wishlist" under Settings → Add-on features.
2. Edit a page with Elementor. Select a widget, open Advanced, and turn on Wishlist. Choose how the item ID is taken (current post, a field, or a manual ID).
3. Add the EE Saved Items widget where the visitor should see their list (grid or list).
4. Publish the page. Visitors click Save; logged-in lists persist in their profile. Guests keep the list in the browser only.
5. Open Elementor Extras → Saved Items to review logged-in lists or clear one.

Notes

• This is not a WooCommerce product wishlist plugin. It saves any widget’s item (post, product, custom, or widget ID) for later.
• Guests never write to the server. REST GET /wishlist and POST /wishlist/toggle require a logged-in cookie plus a REST nonce.
• The list is capped at 50 items (filter landtech_extras/wishlist/max_items). User meta key landtech_extras_wishlist is not autoloaded.
• Developers: GET /wp-json/landtech-extras/v1/wishlist, POST …/wishlist/toggle (logged in); GET …/wishlist/admin (manage_options). Admin-post landtech_extras_wishlist_clear.
