Export Package Builder

Export selected pages, their Elementor templates, referenced media, and optional kit settings as a zip. Import on another site creates drafts and rewrites media URLs. License keys are never packed. Off by default.

Where Elementor Extras → All Tools → Export Package.

How to use it

1. Turn on "Platform: Export Package Builder" under Settings → Add-on features.
2. Open All Tools → Export Package. Search and tick the pages or Elementor templates to pack.
3. Leave Media checked to copy referenced uploads. Optionally include feature flags or the Elementor kit (colors, fonts, custom CSS).
4. Click Build export, then Download. The zip is named ltxe-export-{site}-{date}.zip.
5. On the receiving site, turn the same lane on, open the Import tab, and upload the zip. Pages are created as drafts.

Notes

• This is not Elementor’s built-in kit export. This lane packs selected documents plus their media for an agency handoff.
• License keys, consumer keys, IndexNow/Bing keys, and other secret-shaped options are never written into the zip.
• Download uses admin-post.php with a dedicated nonce and a one-time token. The file is not a public uploads URL.
• Developers: GET /wp-json/landtech-extras/v1/export-package/items, POST …/export, GET …/status, POST …/import (manage_options + edit_pages). Filters landtech_extras/export_package/max_items and …/max_media.
