Personalization UI (Widget-level rules)

Adds a Personalization section under every Elementor widget's Advanced tab. Runtime hides or shows the widget on the frontend based on visitor country (Cloudflare-sourced), device (mobile/tablet/desktop), time of day (server timezone), and WordPress user role. Vanilla ES + wp.i18n, single REST namespace under landtech-extras/v1.

Where Any widget → Advanced → Personalization (country, device, time of day, role).

How to use it

1. Turn on Platform: Personalization UI under Add-on features.
2. Select a widget → Advanced → Personalization and add rules.
3. Country uses Cloudflare headers when present. Publish and test with a VPN or device toggle.

Notes

• Runtime hide/show. REST lives under landtech-extras/v1. Different from Display Conditions.
